who am I as a coach?

--> After three years in a soul-draining job. I was physically assaulted - even then I couldn't leave because I was paralyzed by fear – I know a thing or two on how to press the reset button and find the courage to start from scratch even in your mid 20s.• • •--> For years I didn't have any sense of belonging, struggled to fit in and felt so different – I know what it takes to embrace every quirk, wild part of yourself and protect your dreams until they bloom in the world.• • •--> I grew up in a restrictive environment with loads of limiting constructs - I know what it takes to step up for yourself, ignite your self healing journey, find the courage to carve your own path and chase a dream your soul craves, even if no one understands.• • •--> I’ve been called a dreamer, told to be "realistic." For years, I was an outsider in my own family – I know what it takes to guard your dreams, nurture them in that small, sometimes dark corner of your soul because you have no one in your close circle to understand you or support you.• • •--> I know the pain of feeling undervalued, unworthy, unheard, taken for granted, taken advantage of because you're too kind. I’ve walked through fire to rebuild myself, my self-worth and, my self belief literally brick by brick.I’m here to help you step out of your comfort zone, take up space, and embody the dream version of yourself, even when your reality is pointing towards a different fact.

I'm on a mission to create a movement where we ditch the hustle culture and move towards aligned work and graceful living.It is a collective shift to sync with the heartbeat of your soul desires—a reminder that what you’re reaching for is already reaching back for you.
